Some information about Project Complete

Project Complete is a Phoenix, Arizona based company offering a full set of web services from basic website design to sophisticated content management based website development. To help meet your company's branding needs, we also offer a full set of graphic design and print material services. To complete our service portfolio, we offer website hosting, website maintenance services, and search engine optimization.

Project Complete started operations in 1991 as a desktop publishing company originally based in Nashua, New Hampshire. At that time, Pillsbury/General Mills was its primary client. In 2006 the company expanded its operations to include website design and related services. Even though these services are a relatively new business focus for Project Complete, the company's principals have had many years of experience leading teams in the development of complex software systems and web applications for major corporations.

Our websites are all based on a DotNetNuke content management foundation. The reason we have chosen this approach is because our years of experience have taught us that a key to successful website development is the use of tried and tested software building blocks where possible, thus allowing your financial resources to be focused toward added value functions; the ones that make your website truly unique. Fortunately, the DotnetNuke platform provides an enabling technology that makes this possible.

Principals

Fred Larson

Andrea Larson

In 1991, following a 13 year career in real estate, Andrea founded Project Complete in New Hampshire as a desktop publishing company. Prior to starting Project Complete, Andrea held a real estate brokers license and served as a relocation director, office manager and sales manager for several companies.

Her major customer at Project Complete was Pillsbury Foodservice, developing the layout for thousands of recipes using the Pillsbury products for use by their corporate clients, such as Aramark, the US military, major school systems, and the Marriott Corporation. She also maintained a database for one customer, mailing out notices of upcoming seminars, and produced many corporate newsletters, one being for a worldwide staffing company.

Following the move to Arizona in 2003, Andrea combined forces with Fred to produce ads, brochures, newsletters, etc., as well as content management-based websites. She complements his talents in design and development, as well as the marketing efforts.


Fred Larson

Fred Larson

After a twenty plus year career with a major east coast computer company, Fred joined Andrea to devote his full time efforts to Project Complete helping to expand their operations to website design and pursuing his passion for web and graphics design.

Fred has been involved with website design for more than fifteen years. His most recent corporate assignment was as the lead architect for the development of a worldwide web-based skills management system. This system was the recipient of a 2001 American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Excellence in Practice Citation.
