Project Complete started operations in 1991 as a desktop publishing company. At that time, Pillsbury/General Mills was our primary client. In 2006 we expanded our operations to include website design and related services. These new services build on the over 20 years of experience that I have had leading teams in the development of complex software systems and web applications.

Because Project Complete doesn't have the overhead of larger firms and because we want your business, we will do everything possible to build you a website that fits within your budget.

We are fully aware of the need to keep your website design and content fresh. To this end, we base all of our website designs on a content management framework.
